Posh Totty Designs is a Brighton-based jewellery brand that believes gifting should be thoughtful and personal. Their team creates unique, handmade, personalised designs for its customers. Each piece is designed to be treasured and kept forever.

The Brief

Posh Totty Designs approached me to manage their Facebook and Instagram ads for them.

The brand had been running ads successfully already but wanted to optimise them ahead of the busy Q4 period and maximise Christmas sales.

The first port of call was to carry out an audit of all current ads to highlight what was working well and where tweaks/improvements could be made.

We discovered that a few campaigns although performing well, had a high frequency rate so required a creative refresh to improve results.

Following the audit, together with their wonderful marketing and design team, we designed a new suite of ads with refreshed creatives and clear objectives ready to be tested ahead of the Black Friday event.

The campaigns were designed to move customers down the funnel with ease increasing brand awareness, mailing list sign-ups, and conversions with retargeting ads in place.

Results

Ongoing campaigns and creatives were tested and optimised regularly throughout the Christmas period with an average ROAS of x27.95.

Additional Services

Since working with Posh Totty Designs on this Christmas project I continued to work with them on various ad projects including January Sales, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Wedding.

In addition, I have also created a social media strategy for their in-house team and managed influencer outreach programs for seasonal projects.
